Instructional designer

position will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of all aspects of GE Appliances¿ digital learning strategy; and responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of the organizations LMS. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the latest LMS technologies including the learner¿s experience and engagement with the LMS.
Build, troubleshoot and manage integrations with our LMS and Workday ¿ Manage and maintain the LMS, including user accounts, courses, and content.
Troubleshoot and resolve LMS issues and provide technical support to users.
Partner with GE Appliances stakeholders to manage and deliver learning content via the GE Appliances LMS (e.g., digital learning plans, required compliance courses, etc.).
Offers features for course creation, enrollment, and tracking. ¿ Provides administrative tools for managing users, courses, and reports. Provide regular reports on LMS usage and effectiveness.
Maintain relationships of digital learning vendors to ensure solutions are current and achieving desired solutions and results.
Stay up to date on the latest LMS trends and technologies, including the learner's experience and engagement.
Optimize the GE Appliances LMS by providing solutions to create a holistic and engaging learning environment.
